Frequently Asked Questions
Can students keep their accounts if the school license ends?
Yes, students can continue using their personal accounts with free tier limitations, or upgrade to individual premium subscriptions.
Is there a contract minimum?
School licenses are annual with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, and students retain access to their accounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Schools pay via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD). Individual subscriptions also use Paystack.
Can I try before committing?
Yes! Schools get a 30-day free pilot. Individual users get a 7-day free trial.
What if our school has fewer than 50 students in SS2/SS3?
No problem — you still get full access. The minimum annual licence of ₦200,000 is simply the lowest invoice we issue, regardless of headcount. Think of it as a flat access fee for smaller schools.
